What are the opening hours?
The exhibition is open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There is also a private evening function on Saturday 21 November from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Times are subject to confirmation — please check before your visit.

Tickets will be available to book online from summer 2026. Join our waitlist at christmasinsurrey.co.uk to be notified the moment they go on sale, with early-bird access for waitlist members.
How much do tickets cost?
Ticket pricing will be announced in summer 2026. We will offer a range of ticket types including standard entry and family options.
Can children attend?
Yes — Christmas in Surrey is a wonderful day out for the whole family. Children will be admitted free under a certain age. Full details will be published with our ticket pricing.
Getting There
Is there parking at Sandown Park Racecourse?
Yes — accessible parking is available on site throughout the event. Blue Badge holders will find dedicated accessible spaces close to the main entrance.
How far is Sandown Park Racecourse from London?
Sandown Park Racecourse is approximately 20 minutes by train from London Waterloo to Esher station, which is a 10-minute walk from the venue. By road, it is around 15 miles from central London via the A3.
Which bus routes serve Sandown Park Racecourse?
The 71 and 131 bus routes serve Esher. Please check Transport for London or the Traveline website for live timetables and routes.

We handpick all exhibitors to ensure the highest quality and variety for visitors. Submit your expression of interest via our online application form and our team will review and be in touch.
What types of exhibitors are accepted?
We welcome independent makers, designers, food producers, artisans, jewellers, and lifestyle brands. All products must be of premium quality and align with the spirit of the exhibition.
When is the exhibitor application deadline?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We recommend applying early as places are strictly limited and allocated by curation, not on a first-come basis.
